How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our items with no minimum purchase. Every item comes with a personalized tracking number (most countries-please see list below) that will be emailed to you. Please allow for a couple of days for the tracking number to be emailed to you
What is the average shipping & delivery time?
Our Free Shipping method generally takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks, once the order has been dispatched. Please check our Order Lookup page to search by your order number and email address. You may also check our Order Tracking page to get an up to date tracking status on your order once you receive your tracking number from our automated email service. Order processing may take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days from the time the order has been placed before being shipped out. Please note that even though the items are dispatched, the mail carriers sometimes take a few days for the order status to accurately reflect on the respective courier's website. Shipping may take upto 30 days due to occasional delays. If your item is shipped to any country outside of the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, shipping may take 20-40 days. While we do ship worldwide, countries shipped to outside the ones mentioned above may or may not include a tracking number. Please allow upto 40 days for the items to be delivered to any of the countries not mentioned above. What if I don't receive my order or if it comes damaged?
If you do not receive your order within 20 days within the UK or the US, contact us at Lilusoutlet@gmail.com. We will launch an inquiry for your order.
If the item is damaged, please take a picture of the item and attach it to your email to Lilusoutlet@gmail.com. If damaged, we will send out a replacement for free once the claim has been approved. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for a claim to be approved before we can send out a free replacement.
Shipping during Holiday Season
The holiday season sometimes affects shipping times. If your package is delayed on a holiday, please make use of the Order Tracking to check your status. If for some reason, there is no update in 20 days, feel free to Contact Us or send us an email at Lilusoutlet@gmail.com
For orders placed during February 1st through 15th, there may be an additional 1-2 weeks on top of the original delivery time frame (Upto 4 weeks from the date of order). Please contact us at Lilusoutlet@gmail.com for any questions or concerns.
